Registration

Below we have laid out what is necessary to register your child for Grasshopper Green.

We strongly recommend taking a tour of the campus first to know you are making the right decision. Setting up a tour is as easy as filling out a form or calling us, which both can be accessed through the Contact page.

1. Schedule a Tour

Setting up a tour can be done by calling us at (703) 256-4711 or by filling out a from on the Contact Page.

The best time to see classes is between 9AM and 12PM, before lunch and naptime.

2. Complete Registration Form

Please download and fill out the registration form below. You may fill it out physically or digitally, and then turn it in to us.

3. Complete Emergency Form

The emergency medical form can be downloaded and completed digitally or picked up in the office at any time.

4. Complete Virginia Health Form

The Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health form must be completed within 30 days of registration.

Note: Immunization records are required at the time of registration.

5. Bring a Form of Identification

An original copy of your child’s birth certificate, a passport, or a hospital birth letter.

6. Pay Registration Fees

Registration fees are yearly, and due at the time of registration.
